                 VenAmerica can quickly asses a company’s needs and design a  solution customized to meet both its short- and long-term objectives. We help our clients identify, implement, and coordinate a move or expansion of their offices by performing space planning and requirements analyses for all their communications needs, including telephone, paging, security/video systems, and/or local/wide area networks. Our experienced staff can anticipate and help clients prepare for the technological changes that they must undergo in 3, 5, or 10 years and develop a growth plan based on that time frame.

                 In designing a cable plant, our engineers create original cable plant design drawings using AutoCAD for multi-building campuses, data centers, server rooms, biotechnology labs and other specialized areas. When the work is completed, our staff can produce a complete set of as-built drawings, cable routings, and complete test and acceptance documentation in hard and soft copy format to facilitate future maintenance requirements.

                 We can provide individual project managers or administration teams capable of managing specialized projects within construction timelines and cost constraints. We work with existing equipment, if adequate, but also advise clients in purchasing new equipment that may be necessary.
